Pipedrive

The Pipedrive tool for Superface allows you to quickly add the following capabilities:

  • Create deals, leads, notes, activities, organizations, people and products
  • Retrieve deals, leads, notes, activities, organizations, people and products
  • Update deals, leads, notes, activities, organizations and people
  • Manage users
  • Retrieve deal stages
Capability Limitations

The Pipedrive tool adds 33 capabilities to your account. OpenAI only allows for 30 per GPT Action, so you may need to remove some capabilities in order to stay within this limit.

Requirements​

You will need an Pipedrive account and a personal API key.

Authentication​

From your Pipedrive dashboard, click on Settings > Personal Preferences, then click on the API tab.

Copy Your personal API token then paste it into the API Key field in the Pipedrive tool config in Superface.

Click on Save Changes to update the configuration.

Import your schema

Remember to re-import the schema in your GPT to update it with the new capabilities added by this tool.

To test that everything is working as it should be, from your GPT or the Superface Agent you can try asking:

  • What are the current open deals?
  • Create a new person called Samantha Jones with email smjones@example.com
  • Which deal had the most recent activity and what was it?
